Kate Middleton stepped out in support of charities that work with pre-natal mental health issues during her visit to Colham Manor Children’s Centre.
She also visited Colham Manor Children's Centre in west London to meet with moms who have benefited from the organization's work.
Kate also talked about the welfare of Moms; she said: "Around 20% of women in the U.K. are reported to experience perinatal mental illness. Sadly, we also know that many more are suffering in silence."
Kate met a 3-year-old named Akeem and gave her poppy pin, which royals wear in November to honor fallen troops.
