She is the founder of Jalpa Pandit Jewelry, a minority woman-owned business that has one-of-kind pieces that would be perfect for the special person in your life.
All jewelry is 14KG and made per order. In addition to her retail line, she specializes in repurposing unworn jewelry that almost everyone has in their jewelry box.
By taking some of those sentimental pieces, she breathes new life into them making them Modern Heirlooms for years to come.

Who is Jalpa Pandit? How would her besties describe her?
Jalpa Pandit is a Jewelry Designer & Gemologist who is passionate about transforming meaningful (but unworn) jewelry into Modern Heirlooms.
My besties would describe me as someone who is deeply passionate about supporting women-owned businesses and making as many connections as possible to empower one another!
How did the idea for your business come about?
I have been a part of the jewelry industry for over 22 years with several years of corporate exposure! Over the years, I realized that my passion was taking my unloved jewelry pieces that were collecting dust at the back of my jewelry box and breathing new life into them!
Soon, my friends and family were asking me to transform their pieces into wearable designs…and before you know it my business “niche” was born!
If you had a magic stick, which are the three things you would change in the world?
First – PREJUDICE
YES, we are all different but essentially the SAME.
We need to celebrate one another’s differences and create a more emotionally intelligent society to hand over to our children.
Second – VETERAN CARE
World leaders need to work on creating a peaceful planet but we need to change the landscape for those coming back from battles! Especially women soldiers who often struggle to assimilate back into society as mothers, wives, and daughters!
Third: EDUCATION
Every single child in this world deserves an education and the ability to DREAM!
No matter what part of the world we live in – every society should commit to providing their children with schools. Education creates awareness about the world, (which is becoming flat on a daily basis). Let them look at the world as a canvas and it will give them ideas and opportunities to better their lives!
What part of your life experience would you alter if you had the chance to?
Nothing at ALL. My life experiences thus far have made me who I am today.
